Das Album Away erscheint im September.
„The album’s called Away and it’s different than any of the previous Okkervil River records and it’s also kind of a direction forward. I wrote it in the moment, quickly and almost like a diary, while staying at a friend’s little house in the middle-of-nowhere upstate New York. It was a very revitalizing experience for me, and I think it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.“
