In drei Tagen ist es wieder soweit. Hunderte Bands und noch mehr Besucher werden vom 17. bis zum 20. März nach Austin in Texas pilgern um dort das Festival South By Southwest zu zelebrieren. Wie jedes Jahr stellen viele der knapp 2000 Bands kostenlose MP3s zur Verfügung. Ich habe ja bereits vor ein paar Tagen eine kleine Auswahl von MP3s präsentiert, aber jetzt kommt es noch besser: Das SPIN-Magazin hat kompiliert und herausgekommen ist ein wunderbares Album mit 29 zum Teil hochkarätigen Songs.

Leider hat man sich in diesem Jahr entschlossen, die MP3s in einen Player einzubetten, so das man die Dateien nicht direkt herunterladen kann. Wer sich ein wenig mit Google auskennt, der dürfte auch recht schnell beim inoffiziellen Torrent für dieses Jahr landen, welches zwar nicht ganz so umfangreich ist wie letztes Jahr, mit 646 Songs und einem Gewicht von 3.35 GB aber immer noch genug Hörfutter bieten dürfte.

Im März ist es wieder soweit. Hunderte Bands und noch mehr Besucher werden nach Austin in Texas pilgern um dort das Festival South By Southwest zu zelebrieren. Und wie jedes Jahr stellen viele der 1800 Bands kostenlose MP3s zur Verfügung. Klassischerweise gibt es eigentlich auch eine Torrent-Datei mit allen Songs, die ist aber bisher nicht aufgetaucht. Aber auf diesen Seiten könnt ihr stöbern und so mit Sicherheit die eine oder andere tolle Band entdecken. Ich habe das auch gemacht und bin über folgende Bands gestolpert:
