Windsor Bellephone ist der Projektname von Brian Allen Carroll aus Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. “Finding heavy inspiration in the production work on Beatles records, Carroll’s music had become a mischievous hybrid of 80’s synth pop and 60’s psychedelia, and still remains heavily grounded in both veins.” Mehr gibt es dazu eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Teilweise großartig, teilweise kaum hörbar.
