Bei Animal House handelt es sich um eine Garage-Rock-Band aus Australien. Die vier Jungs sind allerdings vor Kurzem nach Großbritannien gezogen, genauer gesagt nach Brighton.
Dort sieht es sehr gut für Animal House aus, was bei ihrer infektiösen Musik, die an die Los Campesinos! erinnert, auch nicht weiter verwunderlich ist.
Hi, we’re Animal House, an Australian four-piece garage rock/pop outfit formed in early 2014. Choked with boredom and just sick to death of sunscreen, we sought out the grey skies of Brighton and it’s here we formed. Practising in a tiny studio under the railway viaduct, we’ve been crunching out as many garage tunes as we can.
Die Tour zu ihrer Single “English Girls” führt sie übrigens auch nach Deutschland. Und zwar nicht nach Berlin, sondern nach Mönchengladbach.
